Daniella Uslan co-founded Seal the Seasons last fall after she took an epic train ride across the country with a crowd funded social entrepreneurship incubator train, also known as the Millennial Trains Project. Daniella set out to discover innovative approaches to prevent food waste and it sparked a desire to apply what she learned through her own startup back home in NC.  Daniella manages food systems projects for UNC at the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention where she is busy connecting healthy, local food to underserved communities in 6 counties across North Carolina. When not working on food access issues, Daniella “secretly” blogs about the humorous world of snack food, by asking the interminable and ever important question, “do they got snacks?”
