That old notion of the family farm is fading. Each month, African American farmers in particular lose 30,000 acres of land! Come to this session to learn what exactly is happening to our farmers and their land, and what resolutions we are working on. For instance, what are alternative land financing and conservation models that may replace land and farm ownership? What laws protect land and which are contributing to land loss? These are just some of the tough questions we are ready and eager to discuss!
